Return Policy
We strive to carry only the highest quality products, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will allow products to be returned within 30 days. If you decide to return your product, it must be in new condition and have original packaging when possible. For shipped items, you will not be refunded shipping fees or other charges. Electronics must be returned in unopened, original manufacturer's packaging. If you are returning a kayak or product that is over 30 days, please contact us at 228-392-1190, as these items will require authorization.
Please note that some items may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us prior to shipping return items. We will do everything we can to assist you with your paddling needs.
